From a brand story to a guest journey
Our New Delhi studio approaches restaurant, café and hospitality design through the relationship between identity and use. What should a guest notice first? Where should activity be visible? When should a space feel lively, and where should it offer a quieter pause? These questions guide the plan before a palette or a decorative language is fixed. A convincing narrative grows from the brief, the setting and the way the place will operate.
Making the experience work
Arrival, ordering, display, seating and service need to make sense together. We consider their relationships while developing the interior, and coordinate specialist inputs where the commission calls for them. Lighting, furniture, materials and the visible edges of the working space contribute to one experience. The aim is to give a strong idea a practical spatial structure, rather than ask the operation to fit around a collection of finishes.
Details that carry the idea
A narrative becomes tangible through decisions at a smaller scale: a counter edge, the way a seat meets a table, a material junction or a change in light. We carry the design through drawings, selections and detailing, with the scope of coordination and site involvement agreed for each project. For a brand planning more than one location, we discuss what should remain recognisable and what can respond to a different site.
Retail and hospitality can share a space
Our work includes settings where buying, watching and tasting meet. Manam Chocolate Karkhana in Hyderabad is one example of an interior that brings making, retail and a café into the same visitor experience. Our work also includes Anand Sweets at Hennur, Bengaluru. These projects help frame conversations about a brand’s spatial expression; they do not prescribe one visual style for every restaurant.
Start with the real brief
Tell us about your concept, location, available area, intended opening and the parts of the project you need help with. A new restaurant, a café within a larger destination and a hospitality refurbishment raise different questions. We can discuss the appropriate design scope before the work begins.
