A story people can move through
The experience brings the act of making into view alongside retail and a café. It gives visitors different ways to engage with the same story: watching a process, encountering the finished product or pausing to taste.
A shift in atmosphere
The photographs show the working character of the chocolate spaces alongside the softer, planted setting of the café. That change of atmosphere is part of the project’s relationship between production and hospitality.
